Responsibilities

Build and configure Pega application components under senior guidance
Implement case management functionality, UI components, data pages, and integrations
Support unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution
Follow Pega guardrails and project development standards
Collaborate with CSSAs, LSAs, testers, and business analysts
Prepare documentation and contribute to sprint activities

Required

Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
Active IRS MBI Clearance
5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
Strong grasp of Pega rules, case design, data modeling, and UI
Experience working in Agile teams

Preferred

Experience supporting federal agency projects
Exposure to Pega v8.x and current Pega features
Familiarity with API integrations (SOAP/REST)
