Engineer Test

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment for inertial measurement systems
Compile data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements
Process development and maintenance over test operations
Develop, improve, and maintain test procedures
Continuing process improvement based on data driven metrics
Interface with and build relationships across organizations in Salt Lake City, Woodland Hills and other NGC sites
Represent the organization to program office and external customer as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or directly related STEM discipline with a minimum of 2 Years; OR a directly related engineering or STEM Master's degree with 0+ years of relevant experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with MATLAB
Experience with standard Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with database queries techniques
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
SAP experience
Data mining experience
Experience in a high regulatory environment such DoD, FAA or FDA
Experience using data for decision making
Root Cause Corrective Actions experience
Six Sigma experience
Experience with electromechanical assembly
Experience collaborating with teams and/project leadership
