Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

Ground-up electrical system development, including high speed digital PCB design, motor/actuator controllers, DC/DC converters, and wireless communication devices
Utilize ECAD development tools (we use Altium for PCB design and OnShape for mechanical integration, but experience with any major platform is perfectly adequate)
Build, debug, verify and integrate electro-mechanical systems
Support flight testing of electrical systems in the field

Required

3+ years of design engineering experience, preferably including substantial hands-on work
Highly proficient at Electrical System Design
Integrated/embedded electronics design experience
Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Must be located near Denver, CO

Preferred

Start-up experience
Experience with Linux environments
3D printing experience, including design for 3D printed parts
Experience with remote comm systems similar to the Iridium satellite network
Experience with Inertial Measurement Units
Experience with optical sensors
