Patching and painting, wallpaper repair, and cleaning engineering spaces
Handle emergency preparedness and response, addressing issues such as floods, fire alarm activations, power outages, and earthquakes promptly
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management
Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hands-on experience or course work in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired
Valid California Driver's License required
