Responsibilities

Define end-to-end private 5G SA architecture for enterprise and industrial deployments
Own the roadmap from traditional private 5G to AI-ready systems
Architect base stations for small-cell deployments
Preserve deterministic RAN performance while enabling AI-assisted RAN intelligence
Design containerized systems on Kubernetes
Architect hybrid CPU/GPU platforms and enable AI integration
Establish system KPIs, reference architectures, and ensure standards compliance
Collaborate across PHY, L2/L3, platform, cloud, DevOps, and product teams
Partner with product management on platform strategy, roadmap alignment, and long-term system evolution

Qualification

Required

7–10+ years in LTE/5G, wireless, or distributed systems; 3+ years in system architecture
Strong understanding of gNodeB PHY/L2/L3 and real-time constraints
Experience with private 5G deployments, cloud-native architectures, and Kubernetes
Strong technical leadership, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to create clear architectural documentation, diagrams, and reference designs

Preferred

CBRS or enterprise private 5G experience
AI-RAN, Open RAN / O-RAN, RIC, or GPU-accelerated compute exposure
Small-cell, edge/MEC, or industrial network background
