Alvita Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are caring and dedicated to providing homecare services across the NJ area. The role focuses on medication management, geriatric and post-surgical care, and coordination with other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

Seeking experienced LPN available for per diem shift homecare

Primary needs with these shifts will be medication management, geriatric and post-surgical care, and professional coordination with other providers (OT/PT/hospice/etc)

Shift work is typically paid at $45/hour

We also have a generous referral bonus program so bring a friend and get paid!

We will have 8-12 hour day or night shifts
