Responsibilities
Perform electrical installation, wiring, terminations, and equipment connections on C&I solar projects
Ensure all work complies with NEC, project specifications, and applicable local codes
Maintain compliance with prevailing wage documentation and jobsite requirements
Support rooftop and ground-mount installations, including conduit runs, combiner boxes, inverters, and related equipment
Follow all safety protocols and participate in jobsite safety meetings
Work collaboratively with foremen, project managers, and other field personnel
Qualification
Required
Active Journeyman Electrician license in Maryland or New Jersey
Experience on commercial or industrial electrical projects (solar experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of code compliance and quality standards
Ability to adapt to varying jobsite conditions and project needs
Reliable, consistent work ethic with a strong sense of accountability
