Responsibilities

Partner with Product leads to support project intake, Discovery, Prioritization, and governance processes ensuring that the appropriate decisions are made to implement both Enterprise and Technology strategies; includes support steering committees, program calls, Portfolio Alignment, technology governance, etc

Maintain, orchestrate, and continually evolve Technology processes across Program and project management delivery, monthly metrics, governance and prioritization processes, enterprise portfolio alignment

Partner with and work hand in hand with engineering and product leaders and resources

Support and lead as needed, budget management, capitalization, and resource management efforts

Experience and ability to oversee 50+ projects efforts concurrently – diving in where needed while maintaining the proper elevation to help lead the Technology department

Own, use, and improve Technology Operating metrics; use metrics to make data driven recommendations to improve operations across the department

Support senior technology leadership in maintaining and improving the Technology Strategy, Technology Operating Model, Department annual goals, Technology Budget, Mission/Vision/Values/North Stars, Enterprise Annual Goals, and multi-year enterprise strategic plansetc

Demonstrated history of applying resourceful, crafty, and pragmatic actions to accelerate delivery efforts and quality

Experience leading customer facing (Web, Mobile, CMS), associate facing (Salesforce, ERP’s, mobile, SharePoint, financial systems), Data (Tableau, Snowflake) and internal technology (security, service desk, infrastructure) teams and projects

Experience leading strategic programs and portfolios

Partner with the SVP, Technology Management and Data on leading ePMO, Business Unit Management, and Enterprise Data

Required

BA or equivalent experience

15+ years of Technology experience in some combination of engineering, QA, Product, BA, Project Management, etc

7+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, and/or Delivery Management expertise

3+ years managing vendors and negotiating contracts

3+ years creating reports for Executive Committees (EC's) and Board

Ability to collaborate with ease at all levels of an organization

Exceptional at change management and ability to moderate difficult tradeoffs

Ability to be the voice of the SVP, TMD and represent as needed on critical delivery matters

Ability to be a trusted advisor to peers and other leaders within the organization

In corporate office 4 days a week

Travel up to 15%

Experience and comfort with Jira, Confluence, and PPM tools
