Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, contacting customers, and scheduling meetings
Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
Manage all daily office activities and resolve any situations with efficiency
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of web site design
Ability to update and maintain the Med-Dyne web site
