Responsibilities

Assist in material characterization, including analyzing mechanical and chemical properties

Participate in material approvals, ensuring new materials meet company and industry standards

Operate and maintain testing machines to evaluate material performance

Support research on blend reactions, gaining an in-depth understanding of material science principles

Collect and analyze data to optimize material formulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on different projects related to material innovation and infrastructure solutions

Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to engineering teams

Required

Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field

Basic knowledge of material testing, chemistry, and mechanical properties

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing methodologies is a plus
