Learning Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Workday Learning, including course setup, curricula, notifications, and assignments
Manage integrations and functionality for best user experience
Upload, organize, and maintain learning content (SCORM, xAPI, videos, documents)
Partner with instructional designers and training specialists to create and manage assessments in Questionmark
Design and issue digital badges and certificates through Accredible, ensuring brand consistency
Maintain SharePoint learning intranet pages and course catalogs
Monitor system performance and collaborate with IT and HRIS for enhancements
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Smartsheet to track learning metrics and program performance
Evaluate tools and opportunities to automate and enhance learning experiences
Create and maintain learning-focused dashboards and reports for leadership
Track engagement, completion rates, and credential issuance
Apply learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and learner engagement
Provide technical support and manage tickets for Workday Learning and related platforms
Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems, including third-party integrations
Ensure data accuracy for learning records and compliance reporting

Required

Associate's degree in HR, Learning & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years in learning systems administration
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience with SCORM/xAPI file formats and LMS integrations
Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Direct experience with Workday Learning highly preferred
Advanced report-writing skills in Workday preferred
Workday Pro Learning Certification preferred
