Vacatia is looking for a Manager on Duty (MOD) to be the on-site leader who keeps our resort running smoothly — and our guests coming back. As the MOD, you will oversee Front Desk and resort operations, ensuring every detail of the guest experience is handled with care.

Oversee VIP check-ins and prepare welcome packages
Keep communication flowing between departments for seamless operations
Ensure front desk equipment and supplies are always ready
Enforce safety and security procedures while keeping guests comfortable

Qualification

Hospitality experienceLeadershipCommunication skillsMicrosoft OfficeProperty management systems

Required

3+ years in hospitality or resort operations (timeshare experience a plus)
Confident, positive leader who can handle high-pressure situations with grace
Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Cloudbeds or Whistle a plus)
Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts are part of the adventure
