Qualification
Required
NC licensed civil litigation attorney
At least 8 years of related experience
Experience defending civil litigation claims
Strong and demonstrated experience handling cases through trials and arbitrations
Preferred
Experience handling matters in the areas of construction litigation
Experience handling matters in the areas of products liability
Experience handling matters in the areas of professional liability
Experience handling matters in the areas of premises liability
Experience handling matters in the areas of commercial litigation
