Responsibilities
Defining and communicating the strategic roadmap for NACG initiatives, ensuring alignment with LTSP and enterprise priorities
Maintaining a deep understanding of NACG’s strategic plan and external market dynamics to identify and inform potential strategic initiatives that advance CG’s positioning and impact
Overseeing senior leaders and managers across multiple functions, fostering collaboration and accountability
Serving as a key advisor to NACG and Head of Global Digital and NACG executives, shaping enterprise-level decisions
Leading the identification, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that extend beyond current practices by leveraging market insights, cross-functional coordination, and deep familiarity with NACG’s strategic priorities
Conducting research, forming cross-functional working groups, coordinating stakeholder involvement, and delivering actionable recommendations and business plans that challenge current practices
Driving innovation by identifying emerging trends, market opportunities, and disruptive ideas that advance NACG’s competitive position
Leading the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, including governance, resource allocation, and risk management
Establishing and managing KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor progress and ensure measurable outcomes
Building and maintaining strong relationships across NACG to enable thought partnership and seamless execution
Navigating organizational complexity to unite diverse stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives
Championing a 'One-CG' mindset, promoting collaboration across geographies and business units
Partnering with NACG and Global Strategy and Digital Leadership to craft compelling narratives for internal and external forums, including CG Board meetings, business reviews, town halls, and client conferences
Representing NACG and Global Strategy and Digital Capabilities in executive governance forums, articulating strategic priorities and progress with clarity and impact
Qualification
Required
You are strategic with a proven ability to set vision, lead senior managers, and deliver enterprise-level outcomes
You have exceptional industry expertise, with deep knowledge of financial services, wealth management, and global market dynamics
You are results oriented, setting clear expectations and driving accountability, and developing and executing goals aligned with Capital Group's and NACG's long-term business priorities
You are agile, able to anticipate and deliver on the needs of a sophisticated, and fast-paced business, and possess the ability to simultaneously balance a wide range of strategic priorities
You are innovative and have a track record of success in managing complex product portfolios
You are credible and influential, possessing the ability to influence senior executives, build consensus, and communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact
You are a change agent, with a track record of leading transformational initiatives and embedding new ways of working

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
