Responsibilities

Responsible for applying scheduling theory/practice to develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related artifacts in compliance with applicable standards and policies such as EVM standard EIA-748 and industry best practices (e.g., PASEG, NDIA) in alignment with the mission of the EVM COE and in support of programs
Ability to create “what-if/impact” scenarios within the schedule that inform program leadership and enrich programmatic decisions
Serves as a scheduling team member in assisting stakeholders with issue identification & resolution solutions
Responsible for implementing practices to align the time phasing and plans for resources with the IMS to provide an integrated technical, schedule, and resource / cost baseline and forecast/ ETC for programs
Implement program scheduling business rhythms & best practices
Develop scheduling artifacts to meet contractual/project requirements
Monitor, analyze, and report performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
Provides scheduling support to EVM COE and programs for internal and external audits, reviews, and application of resulting corrective actions

Required

Associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant work experience - Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant industry experience - Master's Degree and 2+ years of prior relevant work experience
Must have Intermediate expertise using Microsoft Project scheduling software
Must possess an understanding of scheduling theory including experience with: schedule status processes, schedule health assessment (e.g., 14-Point Analysis), resource loading/management, cost and schedule integration, baseline change control processes, schedule execution metrics (BEI, CEI, CPLI, SV, SPI etc.), Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)/Monte Carlo Analysis and tools, Critical Path Method (CPM) and Margin/Float management

Preferred

Experience in Aerospace/Defense Industry as prime contractor and/or major subcontractor
Intermediate to advanced expertise using Structured Solutions Inc. (SSI) Tools for Microsoft Project
Utilization of MS Project Macros
