Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, including:
Product videos and demos
Brand and promotional videos
Customer stories and testimonials
Trade show and event coverage
Internal communications and training content
Operate video equipment including cameras, lighting, audio, and support gear to capture professional-quality footage on location or in studio environments
Create motion graphics and animations to support video content, presentations, social media, web, and digital campaigns
Edit video and audio content, including color correction, sound design, motion effects, and final output optimization
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and creative approaches aligned with brand guidelines
Ensure all video and motion assets maintain a consistent look, feel, and voice across global marketing channels
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production quality
Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and templates for efficient reuse and collaboration
Support trade shows, events, and on-site video shoots as needed (some travel may be required)
Stay current on video, motion graphics, and digital content trends to continuously improve creative output
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or related field
5+ years of professional experience in video production, video editing, and motion graphics (B2B experience preferred)
Demonstrated experience shooting video (camera operation, lighting, audio capture)
Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for pacing, composition, and visual detail
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
Experience editing with DaVinci Resolve (required)
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery requirements for web, social, and events
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to clearly explain creative decisions and accept feedback constructively
A strong portfolio demonstrating video shooting, editing, and motion graphics skills
Spanish speaking is a plus
Portfolio or reel showcasing video production, editing, and motion graphics work is required
Comfortable working on Apple hardware and macOS environments
Preferred
Experience with 3D animation or 3D design tools
Experience filming at trade shows, live events, or customer sites
Familiarity with B2B technology, industrial, or manufacturing industries
Drone video experience (licensed a plus)
