Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy
Molex is a leader in providing critical connectors, cables, and optical products for global data, cloud, and AI infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy to support their High Speed Datacom division by developing and executing strategies to grow revenue and coordinate sales efforts across multiple business units.

Responsibilities
Defining overall sales and market commercial strategies that apply across multiple accounts
Help coordinate sales efforts across multiple business units and product types
Building and maintain processes to understand the different hardware / technical application architectures used by our customers, and use this information to help shape commercial strategy
Develop and maintain processes and tools to capture and leverage sales intelligence, such as market sizes, competitive information, wins and losses, then apply that information to shape strategic decisions
Analyze sales data and sales intelligence data to identify new insights
Coordinate and improve upon sales playbooks, account reviews, and facilitate account review meetings with key business and sales stakeholders
Contact identification for new or existing accounts
Attend key customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Partner with, influence and build trust with key business leaders in the Division and Operations, company top executives, and cross-functional teams across Molex to drive outcomes and actions
Help ensure clarity of Vision, adherence to timelines, alignment of requisite people / talent to key activities
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years of post-MBA (or equivalent) professional experience, with at least one of the following:
Experience in sales strategy, an account management role at a large account, or sales leadership role
Business leadership experience at a company in the hyperscaler, datacenter, data center or enterprise hardware, silicon, or interconnect space
Experience at a top-tier strategic consulting firm
Experience in a corporate strategy / corporate development team
Interest in and a passion for technology markets (e.g., hardware, software, componentry, silicon)
Structured and logical thinking with an ability to identify core business problems and demonstrate a ‘nose for value' to discern what is most critical and important
Analytical rigor and proven capability
Powerful written communication skills and a proven ability to succinctly articulate key elements of complex topics in written form
Strong verbal communication and experience partnering with executives and sales leaders
An ability and understanding for how to deliver on short time frames and be committed to meeting deadlines at all times
Proven ability to manage execution of major cross-functional strategic programs, at a higher level than day-to-day project manager
Preferred
Prior experience in manufacturing sales, sales operations strategy, or in the datacenter / datacenter equipment / interconnect market
A modest and humble demeanor
Utmost respect and dignity in all manners
Prior experience in or deep knowledge of data center architectures, machine learning / AI hardware applications
Prior experience leading and working with global teams across time zones
A strong bias for action and a proven ability to drive projects through execution
Proven managerial skills and a mentorship mindset
