Business Development Representative
Express Professional Services is a dynamic and forward-thinking recruiting firm dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. They are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Representative to drive growth through new business by identifying and securing client relationships.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their recruiting needs and presenting tailored solutions
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed weekly KPI’s
Presentation & Negotiation: Conduct compelling presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients to secure new business
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, and account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized with a strong work ethic
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and various sales tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline
