Responsibilities
Lead a team of field electricians in daily maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with engineering firms to design and implement new electrical equipment and systems
Review and update schematics, one-lines, and electrical layouts
Manage project budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and vendor relationships
Approve timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices
Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards across all operations
Participate in audits, training programs, and certification renewals
Qualification
Required
Journeyman Electrical License required (Master preferred)
OSHA 30 certification required
Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience (plant or manufacturing preferred)
Minimum 5 years of field leadership experience in industrial electrical settings
Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls
Preferred
Master Electrical License
Mechanical experience a plus
