Act as the main contact between Information Management (IM) and assigned business units
Identify and document business and technical requirements
Recognize gaps in technical requirements and propose solutions
Recommend process improvement opportunities
Coordinate on unresolved non-transactional or cross-team incidents
Create and submit high-level business plans through the Business Technology Vetting process
Build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels
Communicate project updates and requests to stakeholders
Partner with business leaders and IM/HI teams to define opportunities and prioritize projects
Represent IM in promoting its services and capabilities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (Proof Required at Submission)
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience in business relationship management
Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Knowledge of application rationalization and process improvement
Preferred
General software and support analyst background
Experience in feasibility studies or high-level business planning
