Responsibilities
Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, member engagement, and growth across email, social, display, direct mail, and content channels
Lead lifecycle marketing execution, including building, QA’ing, and launching campaigns in partnership with engineers and third-party vendors
Code and QA templates
Schedule email and SMS sends
Troubleshoot delivery or performance issues
Support client reporting
Ensure marketing communications are well-designed and effective, with layouts optimized for performance, usability, and mobile experience
Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into optimizations that improve engagement, conversion, and retention
Partner with Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support pipeline growth
Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional initiatives that increase awareness and drive adoption
Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, partners, agencies, and vendors
Represent the Marketing function in client meetings, clearly communicating strategy, performance, and next steps
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
A solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, especially email and lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with email and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical partners
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—someone who sees opportunities and takes initiative
Preferred
Visual design or light coding experience
Product marketing experience, including personas, user journeys, or messaging frameworks
Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve marketing efficiency and experimentation
