Lead and manage all accounting operations, including monthly close, financial reporting, cost accounting, tax filings, and external audits to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

Provide strategic financial insight to leadership by delivering analysis and reporting that supports business planning, R&D activities, and project-level decision-making

Oversee cost and project accounting, including tracking, allocating, and reporting expenses across manufacturing, lab, and internal support functions

Develop and maintain accounting policies, controls, and procedures to ensure consistency, integrity, and regulatory compliance

Build and lead a high-performing accounting team while driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and performance standards
