Experienced Ag Equipment Sales- Customer Account Manager

Koenig Equipment has been family-owned since 1904, setting the standards for the Agriculture, Lawn & Garden, and Construction industries. They are currently seeking an Ag Equipment Sales Professional to develop long-term relationships with farmer producers and provide mechanization solutions in Indiana.

Agriculture

Responsibilities

Establish an annuity of equipment sales by developing long-term relationships with farmer producers in an assigned territory
Prospect by evaluating Customers’ fleets and production practices, and proactively proposing mechanization solutions
Sell value over price. Collaborate with Optimization and Aftermarket teammates to provide solutions that strengthen the Customer’s relationship with the enterprise
Maintain a working knowledge of equipment and technology features and benefits and their practical application. Equipment includes tractors, combines, planters, and sprayers
Apply focused effort to dealership processes. Document valuable interactions with Customers
Other duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of comparable experience in Ag Equipment Sales
Self-motivated performer
Effective communicator and negotiator
Demonstrated competency with basic Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
Business acumen that includes working knowledge of retail and wholesale financing

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
