Desktop Support Technician
Sharp Brains is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide Level 1 end-user support for various hardware and software issues. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and standard applications
Support Windows/macOS environments , basic networking, and user access issues
Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed
Deliver onsite and remote support with a strong customer-service focus
Qualification
Required
