The role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing general ledger activity, and supporting managers with client-facing accounting matters.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze general ledger activity and income statements
Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
Assist with year-end financial statement reviews and audits
Support managers with client-facing accounting matters
Participate in detailed accounting projects and process improvements
Leverage accounting software, Microsoft Copilot, CoCounsel, and other AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Maintain current accounting knowledge and best practices through ongoing training
Perform other related duties as assigned, including reports, analysis, and review processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Experience with Accounting CS, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
Comfortable using technology, automation, and AI tools
Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese or Vietnamese
Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing
Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States
Preferred
CPA exam candidate or actively pursuing CPA
Public accounting experience
