Responsibilities
Own and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Maintain and oversee general ledger accuracy
Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
Collaborate with operations and plant teams to support accurate financial data
Support inventory and manufacturing-related accounting
Assist with audit support, GAAP compliance, and process improvements
Provide insights to improve efficiency and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Senior-level accounting experience (5+ years)
Strong general ledger and close experience
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency with accounting software
Preferred
CPA
Manufacturing, inventory, and/or cost accounting experience
NetSuite proficiency
