Responsibilities
Champion Innovation: Drive end-to-end innovation projects tailored to U.S. market needs—bringing concepts to life across product, pack, positioning, and mix
Shape Strategy: Support the development of long-term innovation roadmaps and identify white space opportunities that align with Degree’s U.S. brand vision
Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally with R&D, Consumer Market Insights, Customer Development, Performance Marketing, and Design to develop and deploy innovation that delivers impact
Elevate Sustainability: Bring a sustainability lens to innovation, ensuring new products reflect our commitment to people and the planet
Lead with Insight: Leverage consumer, cultural, and social insights to ensure our innovation is grounded in real human needs
Execute with Excellence: Manage projects with agility, accountability, and attention to detail—from ideation through launch
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
3+ years of experience in brand marketing, innovation, or related roles (personal care experience a plus)
Strong project leadership and organizational skills
Ability to think both creatively and analytically—balancing insight with execution
A strategic mindset with a passion for consumer behavior and emerging trends
Collaborative spirit with a bias for action and a drive to make things happen
Appreciation for aesthetics, design, and attention to detail
Courage to challenge norms and pursue bold ideas
A love for brands, innovation, and the beauty of solving consumer problems
