XSITE Capital Investment is a fast-growing syndication firm focused on multifamily properties in the Southeastern U.S. They are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to drive investor engagement, manage a small team, and enhance the investor experience through relationship management and education.

Responsibilities

Investor Relationship Management : Serve as primary liaison to 2,000+ accredited investors, conduct intro calls, and maintain CRM records, Pipe Drive experience a plus
Lead Conversion : Reactivate dormant leads, qualify prospects, and track conversion metrics
Investor Education : Host webinars, draft content, and simplify multifamily syndication concepts
Reporting and Analysis : Track team KPIs, deliver insights to leadership, and optimize investor experience
Team Management: Lead and manage a small investor relations team (initially 2-3 team members, with potential to grow). Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for team members. Conduct team huddles and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with company goals

Qualification

Investor Relationship ManagementCRM proficiencyConsultative salesLeadership experienceReal estate knowledgeCommunicationTeam management

Required

3–5 years in consultative sales or relationship-based roles
1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (managing 2+ people)
Strong communication skills
CRM proficiency (e.g., Pipe Drive)
Passion for real estate

Preferred

Experience with high-net-worth individuals
Real estate/finance background
Personal investing experience
