Manage high-volume requisitions related to "white glove" customer service/call center positions
Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing, phone screen, scheduling interviews and building pipeline of candidates
Identify process improvements
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably call center recruiting or high-volume recruiting
Must be able to recruit for soft skills as well as specific job requirements
Must be able to work 8:00a - 5:00p/Eastern Time Zone
Must possess strong time management and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment and quickly adapt to change
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
