Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of matters under the guidance of senior attorneys
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in state and federal court
Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Conduct legal research and factual analysis
Prepare cases for hearings and trial, including witnesses and exhibits
Maintain deadlines and ensure matters move forward efficiently
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license and good standing
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
Professional, driven, and growth-oriented mindset
Preferred
Litigation experience preferred (open to various practice backgrounds)
Trial, arbitration, or mediation experience is a plus
Bilingual is a plus but not required
