Facilities Engineer - Plant Maintenance

Responsibilities

Maintains the Providence Mount St. Vincent facility and supports Plant Operations policies and procedures
Responsible for maintaining the facility's mechanical and electrical equipment in good, safe, and working condition
Responds to resident needs for equipment-related repairs

Qualification

National Steam Engineer License INational Steam Engineer License IINational Steam Engineer License IIIHVAC/R mechanicBuilding maintenance experienceElectrical knowledgePlumbing knowledgeRefrigeration knowledgeIndustrial maintenance trainingHealthcare environment experience

Required

Upon hire: National Steam Engineer License Grade I - State County City Trade License Authority or
Upon hire: National Steam Engineer License Grade II - State County City Trade License Authority or
Upon hire: National Steam Engineer License Grade III - State County City Trade License Authority
3 years experience as one of the following: electrician, plumber, HVAC/R mechanic, or four year experience as a maintenance mechanic in building/facility maintenance with a working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, refrigeration and building heating and venting systems

Preferred

Coursework/Training: Training in industrial maintenance; One year of school in industrial maintenance may substitute for one year of working experience
1 year Healthcare environment experience
