Manage EHS and Facilities teams, contractors, and daily operations
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training
Maintain EHS and facilities documentation for audits and inspections
Lead preventive maintenance, facility upgrades, and CAPEX projects
Promote a safety-first culture and support Lean/continuous improvement initiatives
Manage EHS and facilities budgets and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
5+ years of EHS and facilities experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety programs
Leadership, project management, and communication skills
