Responsibilities
Ramp on our full-stack architecture: backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and data flows
Ship a small feature end-to-end: backend endpoint, frontend UI, and database schema change
Fix bugs across the stack and improve test coverage for the code you touch
Take ownership of a feature area: user dashboard, transaction flows, admin tools, or API integrations
Lead a medium-scope project: building a new workflow, integrating a third-party service, or redesigning a key user experience
Improve system quality with better error handling, validation, observability, and user feedback
Lead a cross-functional initiative: new product capability, platform redesign, or major integration
Shape technical direction with design docs, architecture proposals, and mentoring team members
Partner with product, design, and compliance teams to make pragmatic tradeoffs on user experience, performance, and regulatory requirements
Building secure, performant APIs for stablecoin issuance, custody, and transfers
Creating intuitive user interfaces for complex financial workflows with real-time updates and clear error handling
Implementing transaction monitoring dashboards with filtering, sorting, and export capabilities
Designing and building admin tools for compliance, user management, and operational support
Integrating third-party payment rails, banking APIs, and blockchain networks
Optimizing database queries and API responses for sub-second latency at scale
Building robust form validation, authentication flows, and permission systems
Implementing real-time notifications and status updates across frontend and backend
Qualification
Required
Experience with full-stack architecture including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and data flows
Proficiency in Go and TypeScript/Node.js; familiarity with Rust is a plus
Experience with building secure, performant APIs for financial applications
Ability to create intuitive user interfaces for complex workflows
Experience with transaction monitoring dashboards and admin tools for compliance
Familiarity with integrating third-party payment rails, banking APIs, and blockchain networks
Experience optimizing database queries and API responses for performance
Knowledge of robust form validation, authentication flows, and permission systems
Experience with real-time notifications and status updates across frontend and backend
Familiarity with Postgres (RDS), Redis, Kafka, Snowflake
Experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
Knowledge of observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, CloudWatch
Experience with incident management tools like Incident.io
