Responsibilities

Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
Manage requests for continuous improvement, yield improvements, design changes, and manage obsolescence cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Ops, Procurement, and Sourcing, to ensure supply chain continuity into the factory
Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Engineering or technical role
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred

Advanced Engineering degrees such as ME (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent
Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering
Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions
Strong project management skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
