0+ years expVistar is looking for an Operations Accountant to join their Finance Operations team. The Operations Accountant will manage contract management, enforce internal controls, oversee balance sheet accounts, and prepare data flow processes for optimization.

Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact for contract management, including both supplier and customer contracts
Manage and enforce varying degrees of internal and SOX controls
Oversee and execute various balance sheet accounts and corresponding business activity
Prepare data flow process and develop subsequent analytics for process optimization and informing leadership
Operate accounting software to record, store, and analyze journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations
Prepare and issue rebate payments or deductions
Monitor, report, and clear balance sheet aging for both payables and receivables
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
0-2 years of experience in business analysis or financial operations analysis
Intermediate in Excel, to include pivot tables and v lookups
