Project Manager – Life/Annuities/Pension
Oliver James is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their growing Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) team. In this role, you will lead complex projects, coordinating across multiple departments to ensure successful delivery from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, timelines, and budgets
Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans – experience with Smartsheet is highly preferred
Oversee project execution to ensure milestones are met, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for maximum efficiency and return on investment
Identify critical requirements, track deliverables, and drive accountability across internal teams and external partners
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience, preferably within the insurance industry or a similarly regulated environment
Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, multi-team initiatives with competing deadlines and priorities
Proven ability to work independently, think critically, and solve problems without requiring close supervision
Preferred
Experience with Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and/or annuity operations is highly preferred but not essential
Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans – experience with Smartsheet is highly preferred
Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence proficiency strongly preferred
