Design and implement complex software components
Lead feature development from design to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
Improve system performance and reliability
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews

Required

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
