Responsibilities

Execute product packaging for hardware, accessories, gaming products, and retail boxes
Create marketing visuals across web, social, advertising, retail touchpoints, and event collateral
Produce high-quality, hands-on creative work using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, gaming, and web teams
Ensure long-term brand consistency across all visual outputs
Contribute to the evolution of visual systems and guidelines under the direction of the Executive Creative Director
Balance conceptual thinking with practical execution in fast-moving product cycles

Required

5-7+ years of professional design and/or illustration experience
Strong understanding of print production and packaging workflows
Ability to create original digital illustrations, iconography and lock-ups
Experience designing for web
Proven experience working within cross-functional teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept, execution, and creative range
Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop
Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator
Advanced proficiency in: Adobe InDesign
Advanced proficiency in: Adobe After Effects (or equivalent)
Advanced proficiency in: Figma

Preferred

Familiarity with 3D animation or 3D design tools
Experience in hardware, consumer products, or gaming brands
Interest in gaming, consumer hardware, or retro-inspired culture
