Acting as the primary liaison for vendors and internal teams
Placing orders, tracking deliveries, and processing invoices
Managing production and purchase sequencing in the Compass ERP system for operational visibility and accurate financial reporting
Qualification
Required
3+ years relevant work experience, including 2+ years in buildings or construction
Proficient with Order Management Systems (ERP, purchasing systems) and related processes
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain effective team relationships
Organizational agility and a proactive, ownership-driven approach
Competent in Microsoft Office and problem-solving
