Law Practice
Responsibilities
You will manage a full family law caseload from intake through resolution, including:
Divorce (with and without children)
Child custody and parenting time
Child support
Temporary orders
Modifications and enforcement
Mediation and litigation when necessary
Maintain daily case notes and task tracking in Asana
Log billable and non-billable time daily in Clio
Provide weekly caseload summaries
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Arizona
5+ years of meaningful family law experience
Strong litigation experience, including hearings and court appearances
Proficiency in legal drafting, case strategy, and settlement negotiation
Efficiency with Clio and Asana
Managing 25–40 family law matters independently
Maintaining a minimum of 6 billable hours per day
Working outside normal business hours when court deadlines, client emergencies, or trial prep require it
Being accountable without micromanagement
Responding to client communications within 24 hours
Showing up 10 minutes early and in person for all non-virtual court hearings and scheduled meetings
Maintaining a private, professional home office if working remotely
Preferred
Experience with high-net-worth matters or business valuations
