Responsibilities

Build sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for priority roles
Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer close, with a high-touch candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles, run efficient processes, and drive strong hiring decisions
Build high-quality pipelines by consistently identifying, engaging, and converting top talent
Track funnel metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes
Act as a proactive owner of the hiring process—anticipating challenges, removing friction, and continuously improving how we recruit
Build deep, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor who drives clarity, accountability, and strong outcomes

Required

4+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle ownership
Proven success hiring for GTM roles, preferably sales and marketing
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound messaging, referrals, creative pipeline building)
Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and influence decisions through strong intake, calibration, and process leadership
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and able to build structure as you go
Excellent communication and follow-through; able to move fast while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience

Preferred

Experience in a high-growth environment (startup or scaling team) preferred
