Responsibilities

Perform daily production tasks including assembly, installation, and basic inspection of parts
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Accurately follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow improvements
Record basic production data and communicate issues as they arise
Participate in training and learn new processes as needed

Qualification

Production experienceAutomotive experienceHands-on assemblyToolsWillingness to learnRV conversion experienceAttention to detailFast-paced environment

Required

2-4+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or hands-on assembly role
Mechanic/automotive experience strongly desired
Familiarity with tools, equipment, and basic manufacturing safety practices
Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Preferred

Associate's degree, automotive certification, or equivalent hands-on mechanic experience
RV or van conversion experience
