Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition Operations to architect and scale a high-performance recruiting engine that supports the company's rapid growth. This role involves designing systems and processes to deliver world-class hiring outcomes while partnering with various functions to execute hiring plans and improve the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Build and scale a best-in-class Talent Acquisition (TA) infrastructure, optimizing systems, workflows, and governance across functions and geographies
Design and operationalize a metrics-based operating cadence with clear KPIs, data transparency, and continuous improvement loops
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and executive leadership to translate headcount strategy into executable hiring plans
Develop capacity models to align recruiter workloads and forecast hiring velocity, time-to-fill, and role complexity
Deliver critical talent pipelines for high-impact roles through proactive sourcing and targeted campaigns
Drive a superior candidate experience by mapping and refining every touchpoint in the hiring journey
Activate the employer brand in partnership with Marketing—amplifying Empower’s EVP through content, storytelling, and engagement metrics
Champion DEI by building inclusive sourcing strategies and tracking representation across the funnel
Leverage AI and analytics to accelerate hiring cycles, forecast workforce needs, and enable data-driven decision-making
Lead and develop a world-class recruiting team grounded in accountability, excellence, and mission alignment

Required

10–15+ years of progressive leadership in Talent Acquisition or People Operations
Proven success building and scaling TA infrastructure in high-growth, multi-site organizations
Demonstrated experience implementing technology stacks, governance frameworks, and analytics tools
Deep experience in executive partnership, workforce planning, and data-driven hiring strategy
Track record of leading diverse, high-performance teams in fast-scaling environments
Bachelor's degree required
