The HR Assistant will focus on employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on employee onboarding and offboarding
Track onboarding and termination progress using internal workflow systems (e.g., Monday.com)
Process, upload, and maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files
Coordinate employee setup including system access, uniforms, phones, and equipment in collaboration with internal teams
Ensure completion and compliance of onboarding and offboarding documentation
Assist with processing and filing employee forms such as performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and other HR records as needed
Maintain organized, up-to-date personnel files and documentation
Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required

Administrative Experience Is Necessary
Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes
Proficiency in task management tools, document tracking and digital filing systems
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
HR-experience Is Strongly Preferred
Experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
