3500 Square LLC is seeking candidates for a potential opportunity as an Enterprise Management (EM) Packaging Administrator – Tier III to support the Defense Health Agency’s enterprise IT environment. This role focuses on engineering, testing, and deploying enterprise software packages to ensure secure and policy-compliant application delivery across a hybrid IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Engineer, test, and deploy Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) software packages using MECM or similar deployment tools
Ensure software compatibility with standardized enterprise endpoint configurations
Document and maintain application packaging standards, procedures, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to application packaging and deployment
Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to support enterprise-wide initiatives

Required

Experience with application packaging technologies (e.g., MSI, PowerShell scripting, SCCM/MECM)
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, registry management, and enterprise deployment practices
Familiarity with DoD STIG compliance, security standards, and patch management processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, mission-critical environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance
Bachelor's degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited), OR Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC
Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), OR Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

PowerShell scripting and MSI packaging tools

DISA STIGs and DoD compliance frameworks
