Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects from concept to completion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Ability to think critically and solve complex engineering challenges
Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools
