Design and implement infrastructure solutions for new applications within our tech stack
Operate and optimize systems in your chosen deep expertise areas
Contribute to platform reliability, observability, and deployment automation
Participate in incident response and post-mortems
Mentor and share knowledge across the team (informal, hands-on collaboration)

Qualification

Required

7+ years infrastructure/SRE experience (production systems at scale)
Hands-on with at least 2 areas from our stack, or provable ability to own them quickly
Strong fundamentals: networking, Linux, infrastructure-as-code, systems troubleshooting
Comfortable with incidents and chaos—you debug under pressure
Bias toward automation and code over manual operations
