Lifecycle Manager
WMP Eyewear is a growing company dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable eyewear. They are seeking a Lifecycle Manager to own the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, focusing on email and SMS campaigns to enhance customer engagement and performance.
Responsibilities
Own email & SMS campaigns end-to-end (concept → build → QA → send)
Lead lifecycle strategy and execution, not just scheduling
Decide targeting, messaging intent, and channel mix (email vs. SMS)
Build campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation, setup, scheduling, and sends
Fully QA all lifecycle sends (audience logic, links, mobile rendering, cadence)
Have final go / no-go ownership on all lifecycle campaigns
Build, manage, and optimize core lifecycle flows, including: welcome, browse & cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, education & retention, VIP / loyalty (as it evolves)
Monitor performance beyond revenue, including engagement, lift, fatigue, and deliverability
Run structured tests on timing, messaging, segmentation, and cadence
Partner closely with creative, e-commerce, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of lifecycle or retention marketing experience
Strong DTC / e-commerce background (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
Hands-on experience building both campaigns and flows in Klaviyo preferred
Proven ability to own strategy and execution
Extremely detail-oriented with strong QA instincts
Clear, confident communicator who can explain why something should, or should not, be sent
