Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
Gain a thorough understanding of ODE extract file structures, data formats, and extraction processes
Collaborate with IT teams to schedule and execute data extractions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Troubleshoot data extraction issues and work with technical teams to resolve problems efficiently
Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial reports using ODE extract files as the primary data source
Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data
Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures
Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, business analysts, and IT teams
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled and experienced Project Manager
Deep understanding of financial reporting processes
Data analysis expertise
Project management methodologies knowledge
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans
Experience in resource allocation and risk management strategies
Ability to oversee all project phases from initiation to closure
Experience in monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions
