Talent Acquisition Partner
Skanska is searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a crucial role in recruiting diverse talent and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive hiring efforts. The role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to final offer stages, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Actively seeks out opportunities to recruit diverse talent
Works collaboratively with the TA Manager, HR Business Partner, Business Unit Executives, and local leadership to drive short and long-term hiring efforts within specified markets/regions
Oversees the recruitment cycle from identifying search opportunities and candidate sourcing to pre-screening, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to hiring managers
Manages the entire candidate experience from initial contact through the final offer stage
Demonstrates expertise in the recruitment function, including sourcing methods, local market trends, and developing, implementing, and owning customized/diverse recruitment methods for the designated market
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience with full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment including recruiting process ownership
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field or 8 years of equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience
Preferred
3+ years working with an ATS system (iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiter experience strongly preferred)
2 + years of recruiting experience for an AEC organization
